And, as noted in www.osnews.com, their contact info doesn't even exist.
Sounds like WINE with added marketing BS. My favorite paragraph is:

"The David project used a unique approach that we call Windows
application bridge software (WABS) approach. We have somehow found a way
to run Windows applications on a Linux system without sacrificing
performance and not doing any emulation," Valdes said. " WABS sits on
top of the Linux operating system, which allows you to run Windows
applications."

Note the words "We have SOMEHOW found a way" on the second sentence.
This sounds like they were surfing and accidentally found WINE. This was
from the CTO of the company.

This all sounds like a way to fool our government into licensing
technology that is most probably just WINE.
