It IS, or better yet, WAS JUST wine. 

I WAS with SpecOps during an internship program two years ago. Although
I can't really divulge too much information, but I'm sure it's safe to
say that when I was there, I was working on Wine (not WineX) -- doing
minor tweaks and hacks to get several Windows applications to run
smoothly. Mostly Microsoft Office.

I left the company after two months because they insisted on me paying
them for the times that I absented myself from work. Guess they've never
heard of the term "No Work No Pay". 

It also surprised me when I read the article on both Manila Bulletin on
Inquirer.
