Looking over their web page (the parts that are actuall there), it looks
to me like someone invested a little bit of money in hopes of suckering
some investors out of a lot more money.  Again, all opinion based on
years of experience, it looks like they're going to bring non-tech-savvy
investors in, impress them with a couple of applications running under
Wine (probably recompiled with their name in it) and basically part some
fools from their money.

This is common practice in the US.  It works well because the suckers
are typically too embarassed to go after the con artists when it's
revealed that they fell for it.

It might be easy to see if that's what they're doing.  Call them up, say
that you're a tech-savvy Linux programmer with a ton of cash and would
like to drop by and see a demonstration and talk with them about
investing.  They'll likely turn you down.  Call back later, drool on the
phone, claim to have a lot of money, and see what they say.
