Looking over their web page (the parts that are actuall there), it looks to me like someone invested a little bit of money in hopes of suckering some investors out of a lot more money. Again, all opinion based on years of experience, it looks like they're going to bring non-tech-savvy investors in, impress them with a couple of applications running under Wine (probably recompiled with their name in it) and basically part some fools from their money.
This is common practice in the US. It works well because the suckers are typically too embarassed to go after the con artists when it's revealed that they fell for it. It might be easy to see if that's what they're doing. Call them up, say that you're a tech-savvy Linux programmer with a ton of cash and would like to drop by and see a demonstration and talk with them about investing. They'll likely turn you down. Call back later, drool on the phone, claim to have a lot of money, and see what they say.
