I agree with fooler.

I have extensive experience with Linux, Solaris, SunOS (anybody remember 
that?) BSD and IRIX. And the similarities far outweigh the differences.

Any competent UNIX sysad shouldn't take more than a couple days to 
transition to one of the other flavors.

Granted, the Unices I have experience with are more similar than different 
(no mutants here like AIX or old-style pre-11.x HPUX).
