try this:

a=`ls -1`
for file in $a;
 do fileb=`echo $file | sed "s/?//g"`;
 mv "$file" "$fileb";
done

check it furzt by
populating a temp directory
with files like:
asd?as?asda
asd?asdas?asfd?
sdf??Sdfsd

and then execute the script
