Helo linux Guro's
Can anyone help me with my problem. I have installed a
customized package for a desktop application using
redhat linux 9 in a compaq deskpro pc.
The installation goes smoothly and without any problem
but when i try to open the openoffice applications, it
took about 20 to 30 seconds before it opens.
Can anyone provide me a customize list for a desktop
application wherein the performance of the pc will not
be degraded.
BTW below is the specification of the PC
pentium III
256 memory
40 gig hard drive
built-in video and soundcard.
