I've been using reiserfs since it was available as a patch to kernel 2.2
:)  It's never bombed on me in production.  Early 2.4 kernels have had
their share of problems, so if you use reiserfs make sure its 2.4.18 or
above.  One notable fact is that if you have bad hardware, then "there
goes the neighborhood."
