...Partly because (I believe) the troubleshooting wizard was done for
ultra-newbies, and most people who do consult the troubleshooting
wizard are often *not* ultra-newbies. (I mean, c'mon-- if you think
you can troubleshoot it yourself and not drag a knowledgeable geek
into the picture, then I doubt you'd consider yourself that much of a
newbie.)

Then again, I may just be stereotyping... ;)
