I'm thinking more like 20 or so analog phone lines, roughly what good
analog PBX appliances handle these days. That would require five
TDM400P's, which seems to me quite a lot of expansion slots to take
over; most modern motherboards don't have so many, and in addition each
TDM400P requires an extra power socket, like the one for a hard drive.
I've only seldom seen power supplies with six or more connectors these
days: most have fewer than that (and let's not talk about y-splitter
cables, that's asking to burn the power supply the longer you use it).

If you have digital lines, that's a good way to go. But if you're
attempting to interface with legacy analog lines like many businesses
still have, the TE410P and similar cards are useless. I cannot be sure
but I get the feeling that the rate for an E1R2 + leased line these days
is still significantly more than getting, say, 32 analog phone lines in
a single trunk...
