I cannot be sure but I get the feeling that the rate for an E1R2 + leased line these days is still significantly more than getting, say, 32 analog phone lines in a single trunk... TE410P (zaptel driver?) currently does not support E1R2 lines.. You can use cisco router as your termination gateway.
