I've just set up the Apache-hosted svn, using the RPMs for WhiteBox -
at http://summersoft.fay.ar.us/pub/subversion/

Everything worked by the book, except that it was mysteriously failing
under the WBEL httpd (2.0.46) - the repository couldn't be found.
Using the provided RPM for httpd 2.0.48 made it work.
