Postfix by default does not allow relaying. Set in main.cf to allow postfix to acknowledge your network.

        mynetworks = your.local.ip.addresses/netmask, 111.222.333.444

This is because Postfix will accept mail for itself (mydomains)

        mydomain = mannydomain.com
