Yeah, I was googl-ing around. And there were a lot of mail ticketing tools. There are 3 that I'm trying out right now. RT, OTRS and osTicket. Something simple and lightweight that would run on a ressurected box.
I'll be testing all these three by flooding the inbox with mails. *y00h00*. I wonder how would the 4.3gb test HDD would hold. :p Thanks for the input y'all.
