try posting the query to yahoo group: ph-mobileapps. Most of us mobile
developers are there.

I did have trouble trying to find the Java API for the nokia MMSC so i
got a copy the file and hosted it on our server for easy access. But i
recommend you search for a new version of the file
MMS_Java_Library.zip
