[Short version]
Configure Postfix first to deliver to Maildir/ #default is mbox
Change listening port of qmail to different port, postfix to port 25.
Start postfix and qmail.
qmail listening on a different port will allow it to deliver mails
currently in its queue.
Courier IMAP should need no further reconfiguration. vmailguard might
need a little tweaking.
