the one i made and (should be) using are just small circuits that cost some 5 pesos each. they connect serial port to power-switch of the other node. the stonith works but i haven't figured out the logic and shutdown-resume-powerfailure-resume thing yet to integrate it in full HA.
this works if your motherboards can be turned off by raising a line on the powerbutton connections. then you can use a capacitor-resister combination to have some delay and avoid shutting down the other node when the server does POST.
