I agree, also I think Glenn meant that openbsd's implementation of altq since its already a stable part of pf
will mean lesser time for the original poster to implement such project.


If anyone already implemented at least a bridged/gateway bandwidth shaper using Linux, please tell us how you did it, we are all very interested. :)
