We use Atlassian Jira[1]. It's a java web application and it's not free.

Hi pluggers!
My goal is to have an issue tracking system installed in our server.
The issues that we
will track are not just bugs but also tasks, non-compliance reports(ISO
stuff),
customer requests, etc.
I just installed Bugzilla 2.18 and I find it too "bug-centric" to be
used
for generic issues. And I think the out-of-the-box interface will
intimidate
the non-technical users. It will require a significant amount of
customization
to fit our requirements.
Has anyone tried other issue-tracking packages?
Just finished downloading Scarab. I'll tell you later how things went.
