Hi pluggers!
My goal is to have an issue tracking system installed in our server. The issues that we will track are not just bugs but also tasks, non-compliance reports(ISO stuff), customer requests, etc.
I just installed Bugzilla 2.18 and I find it too "bug-centric" to be used for generic issues. And I think the out-of-the-box interface will intimidate the non-technical users. It will require a significant amount of customization to fit our requirements.
Has anyone tried other issue-tracking packages?
Just finished downloading Scarab. I'll tell you later how things went.
