Try mo sa Pasay or Malibay, medyo affordable yata dyan. Maybe you can also try in Evangelista. Medyo out of way kasi ang Villamor Air Base, may arkilahan din dun, but going to the seminar venue from there takes more effort than my previously mentioned places. Hope that helps.
