If the subnet of both NICs are the same, they have to already talk to
each other. Are you sure na paraeho ang subnet mask nila? In this
case, is it really 255.255.255.0 subnet mask?

Are there other workstations to connect to each NICs? How about just
connecting one of the NICs to a hub and let other workstations connect
to the hub to simplify the matter.

Another scenario is: probably one of the cards is faulty. Please also check.
