I always had a right-left glitch, so there's that, but the same LO procedure can reassign DEL to Ctrl-D without crashing as its a general instrunction. I was never a big fan of macros. Pretty much any office suite allows you to reassign keyboard shortcuts willy-nilly. It's just a matter of finding the menu! If its fixed with abiword that's good too. More than one way to cook an egg after all in the F/OSS world! -Ed
