We have a network installed Brother MFC-7820N. As recently as late last
week it worked fine from either my Ubuntu MATE 16.04 machine or my
wife's Windows 7 machine. Today attempts to print to it from either
machine result in an error at the printer. In both cases, the computers
think the files printed. We've tried shutting down the printer, waiting
a couple of minutes, and starting it back up, but the results are the
same. Any thoughts on how to troubleshoot this?
