I think that's the difference between English and Legalese. I gotta take a screenshot next time Android does that to me, because that contradiction is not an interpretation on my part. The worst part is that it generally considered benign, so nobody states in their documentation if they do or do not have that. This is something reviewers should be recording in their unboxing videos.
