I run the installer and get a kernel taint warning and it doesn't evidently
compile... how do I use this card?

There is supposed to be a driver in epel that is proprietary, can't find it.
[root@eagle ~]# uname -a
Linux eagle.roch.robinson-west.com 3.10.0-1062.18.1.el7.x86_64 #1 SMP Tue Mar
17 23:49:17 UTC 2020 x86_64 x86_64 x86_64 GNU/Linux
[root@eagle ~]#

Apparently, the current kernel does not work with the proprietary NVIDIA
drivers...
