I think they pick a place, any place. I've a couple of places I check now
and then (Home Depot is one) and they have my 'home' store in Beaverton,
Tigard, or other places I ain't.
I often get click bait offering me stuff they think more folks in West
Linn like. I'm not in West Linn, but I think there's a Comcast
collection point there that my connections go through.
