Do you have a home weather station or are you just displaying weather for your area?
If you have a home station, one of the best integrators is done by Tom Keefer who I believe lives up in Hood River, great piece of software, but does need to be fed by a home WX station. http://weewx.com/ All done in python... Great app. I run it on a RPi. Not sure what to say about software for WX as a sink.
