The problem is not >with the system but with the Xfce4 panel, and there's no 'date and >time' menu in the settings. I have Xfce as the only DE on all my computers, and in my panel I have a widget called DateTime. It shows whatever time the computer is set to; that is, it has appearance options (fonts, etc), but no place to set the time. As I write this my atomic watch and my atomic clock on the wall say 8:13 pm, and so does the DateTime widget in the panel. I don't know where the computer gets the date and time, but it's always right, so I don't care. _______________________________________________ PLUG: https://pdxlinux.org PLUG mailing list [email protected] http://lists.pdxlinux.org/mailman/listinfo/plug
