Ben, Yes, I'm a member of the video group. Turns out the Sabrent USB3.0 hub port is not working. I moved the webcam to a different port and vokoscreenNG now sees it. And so does Zoom. I didn't expect it to be a USB port issue on what is rated as a high-end hub. Thanks, Rich
