Here is my basic outline.  It should help you get moving.  It doesn't
entirely hold your hand.  To a degree you have to already have you
system laid out and know what you want.

Plus docs links/locations so you let me know what you think and what
else you would have like to see in it.

PS  Sorry about the .doc format.  I did use openoffice (2.0) so unless
you had 2.0 or I put it in version 1.1 format and you had openoffice, I
would have been wasting my time and had to convert it again.  I figure
there are more programs that import .doc.  I can resend it in a better
format if anyone is opposed.
