Not completely true.  If so, then there would be no problem with an LDS
medical doctor performing abortions, or for an LDS person to be a
receptionist in an abortion clinic, or whatever.  However, the church
has been very clear that actions like this are against the church
doctrine.  (I recall there being a question on the temple recommend
interview regarding something in this direction)...
