It is really a matter of the employer's opinion, so rather than wonder, go ahead
and apply. A skin thickened and the ears deafened to "No" are a key to success.
Do not take no for an answer easily, but at the same time, be prepared to hear
it enough times before the theory of probabilities starts playing in your favor.
