I use a screw and a pair of pliers to open bottles of wine. It's easy, you just screw the screw into the cork with a screwdriver, then grab it with a pair of pliers and yank the sucker right out of there. Sometimes you have to have someone else hold the bottle so you can get both hands on the pliers.
