Well copyright law doesn't allow anyone to take anything that's posted on your site and put it elsewhere, unless it's quoting (fair use), or you explicitly grant permission. You'll likely get more public contributions if you do publicly clarify your site's position on copyright and text licensing. I'm just trying to think of things in a holistic way, particularly in how your documentation relates to other projects and sources. For example, if the quality of your docs is quite good, primary projects like openldap may want to integrate some of your work (if the license allowed it) into their project docs. Certainly if I were to contribute to your site I would want to be absolutely clear on all these points.
