Yes folks, it's time again for the annual PLUG/Interlug BBQ, and I'd like to begin polling the list for help in getting this setup. I have a list of some areas I need the groups input/help on. If you have an opinion (hey it's plug, of course you will) please follow up on the thread. If you have something you want to sponsor, or do, just let me know.
Date: We're planning on having this for our June meeting, but we won't be fixed on the 2nd Wednesday. Location: Last year was good, if possible we'd like a larger pavillion, and not so much problem with the power :) Last year it was also nice to have somebody besides me paying for the pavillion (thanks Herlo/Lars). DO we want the Scera parks again, or is somebody wanting to schedule a different location? Food: Do we want just open pit again? or do we want to do a potluck/navajo taco type deal? Invites: Although started by Plug, all lug's and sigs are invited, and we'd like help in getting the word out, especially if groups would like to help sponsor. Family: Please bring the whole family Activities: Do we want to publish a surplus swap meet again? (YES, I have stuff to give away). How about the after hours game night again? Other challenges activities we want to do?
