I almost said "voting poll" to be funny, but it really is more of a survey. This is for a school project so your replies are appreciated. In fact, if you really want to talk deeply about it I'll take you to lunch and we'll have a grand ol time. :)
Let me start out with a disclaimer: Answer at your own free will and choice, if you don't want a big debate on the list then answer off list, if you do want a debate, answer on list, I really don't care. To the two other fugals on this list, you can deal with the cross-post. :p Phase 1: breadth first # other phases will come later What do you as a voter _want_ out of a voting process and voting infrastructure? What do you as a voter _expect_ out of a voting process and infrastructure? What do and/or would you as a voter dislike in a voting process/infrastructure? The first two are only subtly different, but I really want those subtleties carefully considered. For example, you might _expect_ that your vote be counted, and you might _want_ to know that your vote was counted, etc. As this is a technical list, considerations of electronic voting would be particularly interesting and even on topic. :) Happy flaming!
