I believe the traditional definition of an antique car is 25 years or
older. Which means the 1985 Isuzu diesel pickup I bought new is now an
antique. An antique which gets better than 30 MPG.

Here-here. I have an '89 which gets over 30 MPG. Still running like a champ. I have a '99 that gets over 30 MPG. Still running like a champ. I laugh out loud every time I hear commercials advertising brand new cars that get 27 miles per gallon!!!
