That's why if you use VOIP you should have a form of UPS for the
server & it is also nice to have POE for any VOIP phones as you just
have to make sure the switch is on the UPS instead of every outlet
that phones are plugged into. One last thing some cordless phones can
have one or more batteries for a UPS source in the base so you can
still use it in a power outage.
