I'd say that it's the principle of the thing.  The fact that a company
can arbitrarily take access away from you even when you've bought and
paid for the software, at their whim, doesn't sit well with many folks.
 And also WGA is a guilty-until-proven-innocent thing.  So I can
sympathize with Charles' point.
