it looks like a good setup. I've been looking at a different board but much the same setup (I want three pcix slots to do multiseat, but you typically have to look for an SLI board to get this many). I've had cooling trouble with a similar 4-core amd setup so I added another internal case fan and got a bigger psu with a hefty fan. If your current board is rebooting, it could be a heat problem. I run the sensors applet in gnome and I could see one of the video cards was getting up to 80c just before I would get a spontaneous crash or halt.
