Most concerning is when they attempt to commit homicide in the process. These
groups usually send out a "send us all your money now" message mixed with
serious scare tactics. What is truly scary is that several people _are_
committing all their money and a great deal of time to this:

What will they be capable of attempting when they realize it was all a ruse?
What I find alarming is our ability as human beings to believe something so
convincingly we will give all our effort toward a "cause" that is ultimately
misguided.
