I believe they have a little switch to switch the voltage.  They can
deal with either 50 or 60 Hz on either voltage.  Just need to switch
cords, or adapt the wall plug.

I'll let others chime in here.  If I were you I'd look at the offerings
from Microtik (RouterStation) as well.  For example, here's a unit that
can do switching (I think it can do vlans as well) as well:

Perhaps with that device you could do all the DMZ stuff in the
networking hardware.  Some of the ports could be the DMZ network, others
the normal network, for example.

The only Ubiquiti Networks device that comes close to what you want
(most of their products are for outdoor, or fancier use cases than
yours) is the UniFi AP.

But really, any decent consumer AP can be configured as a bridge
