This would be a good option. Routerboards are awesome and could handle all
your complicated DMZ needs.

I wouldn't jump for the Unifi. They require a server to manage them and
it's a bit cumbersome for a single AP install. I'd look at the Picostation
M which is an omnidirectional indoor/outdoor AP and can operate stand-alone.
