I used TinyDNS for years (about a decade) and loved it.  I switched to
NameCheap because I wanted my name provider to also handle the DNS. I was
tired of dedicating machines to the task. I also used MelbourneIT for a few
years. I would not recommend them though. True, the NameCheap interface is
not amazing but for my 100 or so domains they work well and I can have an
unlimited number of records for each domain.
