Hi everyone, I wanted to update this list about what has happened with ProVolt's prospective space. After a great show of support for ProVolt at the council meeting, the city council voted to demolish the jail anyway. So, I sued the city to prevent the sale, demanding that they allow inspections, and re-open the bidding process. To my great surprise the city backed down, agreeing to all of my demands.
The bidding process has been re-opened, and the jail will be open to inspections on July 29th at 3:00pm. This may be the only opportunity to go into this abandoned building legally.
