I entirely agree with that diagnosis.  As an aside, when I first
started on this mission, I did have to tell ISA to stop demanding user
credentials for outgoing connections - there does not seem to be a
simple way to force them in!

You have not lost the track at all, that is spot on.  No matter which
of the two machines I run MPlayer on, that is the result.

I haven't done a complete check, but it does seem as if none of the BBC
local stations work (the ones I have tried do the same as Derby).
