Dave, Thanks. I've had a look and am not sure I know exaclty what I should be doing on a Mac to make it work - for example, I can't find the libmpdemux directory. If any Mac users have any suggestions I'd welcome them. Otherwise I guess I'll have to wait for an mplayer update.
