It look like nothing is coming from Mplayer / FLAC or LAME. To make the cmd window store more lines - click on the small C:/> icon in the top left corner. The drop menu has properties - select it. In the dialgue change the "screen buffer size" to 150 wide and 2000 long. Rerun the test and capture from just before "sending 0 secs of silence".
