James, great job on the new update. A couple of quick questions:
1) When you say that you can access a "web interface" by going to
Server Settings/Plugins, I don't see any option here. All I see is the
standard

<i>iTunes Update

Choose whether the iTunes Update plugin will update the iTunes database
directly or save information to a history file for later processing. Set
this to "off" if you have SlimServer running as a service (e.g. selected
"start automatically" at installation) or are not running this
SlimServer on Windows.

Direct Update

Write messages to log<i>

what am I missing? Where do I see the web inteface?

2) I have the currect Perl installed per you directions. How do I run
the script to apply the itunes update changes? I checked the file and
the log is being updated. My log is located at D:\Playlists . I am
tring to just double click on the file "iTunesupdatewin" located at
C:\Program Files\SlimServer\server\Plugins\iTunesUpdate. Is that the
way to update it? Do they need to be in the same flder? Sorry, I am
not very geeky and need the dummies version (aka step by step).

Thanks!

Dan
