Hi Michael I tried your last version and suddenly it works correctly, I also got back and tried the version on your web site and the version just posted yesterday and all ewe versions works when executed with the Java version of ewe (ewe.jar).
However, I then tried them with the Win32 version of ewe (ewe.exe) and then the problem is back. But when running with ewe.exe I don't get any DOS window so unfourtnately I can't see any log messages. When I run with the Win32 exe version on your web page I get a DOS window and it does not work and I can see the log message. Since I don't have a Win32 exe version of the SlimRemote you posted in this thread I can't give you any log messages from it. So the problem seems to be related only to the Win32 version of ewe and not to the Java version. I'm almost sure I tried the Java version this morning and it didn't work, but tonight it works with the Java version so I was probably just a bit tired this morning.
